HOLIDAY PORTRAITS IN FRONT OF THE TREE!

SANTA IS COMING! The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center is partnering with award-winning photographer Patrick Perkins on December 3rd and 4th to capture professional holiday portraits in front of the lobby tree! Families, couples, friends, individuals, etc., are all welcome!

Portraits will be taken on a first come, first serve basis for $15. When you arrive, check in at the designated lobby area to have your portraits taken. You will receive a private link where the images can be purchased and downloaded.

Proceeds from the photography session will be donated to the United Way of Roanoke Valley. The 2024 Lobby Tree and hotel decorations have been elegantly designed and created by White House designer Mark Frye of Creative Occasions Florals & Fine Gifts! Cash and payments accepted on-site.

The Elf on the Shelf® is a Christmas tradition beloved by many. These magical Scout Elves® help Santa manage his nice list by taking note of a family’s Christmas adventures and reporting back to Santa at the North Pole each night. By morning, the Scout Elf® returns to its family and perches in a new spot, waiting for someone to find them. 

For the fifth time, Santa’s Scout Elves will land in Downtown Roanoke! Come on a fun scavenger hunt and find the 16 Scout Elves hiding in downtown stores. Find them all and be entered for a chance to win $1,000!
Pick up a Passport at any of the participating Scout Elf® locations. Get a stamp from the business when you find a Scout Elf. Once your passport has all of its stamps (meaning you’ve found all the Scout Elves), return it in the drop box located in the official elf adoption center - Mast General Store (401 S Jefferson Street) by 6pm on 1/6/25 and you’ll be entered to win $1,000. The winner will be notified on January 7th.

The popular Regency Room and Pine Room are accepting reservations throughout the holiday season for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Celebrate the season with offerings for all ages. Since 1939, The Regency Room has been a special holiday tradition and gathering place for generations of families and friends.

Spreading holiday cheer all season long, the vibrant grab and go space is the newest addition to the historic property’s food and beverage offerings. Located by the Grand Staircase near The Regency Room, STEAM Coffee + Eatery is open to the public daily at 6 a.m.
