Our menus present simplistic, sustainable, and high-quality ingredients in an inviting presentation. The menus of The Regency Room, The Pine Room, 1882 Lobby Bar, In-Room Dining and STEAM Coffee + Eatery build upon the Hotel's overall partnership with LEAP (Local Environmental Agricultural Project, Inc.) by sourcing and connecting with the best in regional farming and ranching and offering the finest of Virginia ingredients brought to the table, coupled with an exciting atmosphere that is approachable and convivial.
